The Adult Day Health Center staff is part of a multi-disciplinary team that work together to provide coordinated care for each participant. The team consists of a director, a social worker, nurses, activities coordinators, elder recreation specialists and van drivers. All staff are qualified to respond to a full range of participant needs.
Julianne Moreno – Director, West Springfield Adult Day Health Center
The Adult Day Health Director supervises all aspects of the program including the supervision and evaluation of all staff, the coordination of new admissions, the facilitation of program meetings, and the oversight of the safety and emergency plans for the program. Above all else, the Director is committed to treating participants with dignity and respect at all times.
