The Adult Day Health program is Medicaid-reimbursable (MassHealth) for eligible participants.

• Hawthorn Services has contracts with local ASAPs, such as Greater Springfield Senior Services and WestMass Elder Care, and may assist with funding.
• Some private insurance which include a long term health care policy are accepted.
• Individuals may pay privately for services at a rate of $60 for a full day. Transportation fees vary.
