The changes should include name of drug, frequency, and parameters if to be given on an “as needed” basis. Thank you. Please remember that infection control is very important to our frail population. · If your loved one should present with symptoms that may be contagious please stay at home. · Symptoms include frequent productive coughing, runny nose and sneezing, a temp of greater than 100˚ F, vomiting, diarrhea, generalized malaise and body aches indicative of beginning of the flu.
PHONE NUMBERS: We are required to have a current phone number for all of our participants. Please remember to keep us updated if there is any change in your phone numbers-including cell phone numbers. Thank you very much for keeping us updated.

With the Flu season just ahead of us, we encourage caregivers to review “The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) steps to protect yourself and others from influenza (the flu) and what to do if your loved one comes down with the Flu. We would also like to encourage everyone to get the Flu vaccination. Also, and VERY important, if a loved one presents with symptoms that may be contagious PLEASE KEEP THEM HOME. We have a very delicate population and need to use extra caution when it comes to sickness. Thank you!
