Welcome to the Ware Adult Day Health Center!

Our Adult Day Health program offers individuals a welcoming place to socialize, make new friends, enjoy activities and community outings, as well as receive necessary health and medication monitoring. We provide an environment that ensures not only the safety of each participant, but also keeps the older person active, alert, and aware.

Located a short distance from Mary Lane Hospital, the Ware Center is a smaller, more intimate program that is able to accommodate participants with more medically complex needs. The handicap-accessible center currently has several smaller activity areas where participants can rest or engage in group activities. The center is currently planning an expansion by adding a large activity area and outdoor patio.
