Welcome to the Springfield Adult Day Health Center!

Our Adult Day Health program offers individuals a welcoming place to socialize, make new friends, enjoy activities and community outings, as well as receive necessary health and medication monitoring. We provide an environment that ensures not only the safety of each participant, but also keeps the older person active, alert, and aware.

This culturally diverse center is located in the heart of Springfield, directly across from the new federal courthouse. This new state-of-the-art center has been designed with flexibility in mind. The large activity area can be split into two via moveable partitions. There are three additional smaller rooms that can be used for quiet spaces, individual therapy, and other activities such as their innovative art and music therapy groups. The center has four fully accessible bathrooms, one with a shower, as well as a large central accessible kitchen area. An outdoor patio/garden area is available for all participants to enjoy.
