Welcome to the Chicopee Adult Day Health Center!

Our Adult Day Health program offers individuals a welcoming place to socialize, make new friends, enjoy activities and community outings, as well as receive necessary health and medication monitoring. We provide an environment that ensures not only the safety of each participant, but also keeps the older person active, alert, and aware.

Located in the heart of Chicopee Falls, adjacent to a PVTA bus stop, this active center is ideal for adults who like to be “on-the-go” and enjoy community outings. The large center has four separate, handicap-accessible activity areas that can be used for group activities or quiet spaces depending upon the daily needs of the program. One of the areas is fully enclosed and can be used for private participant meetings, as needed. The center has four handicap-accessible bathrooms and a small kitchen area for heating and serving food and snacks.
