Hawthorn’s four Adult Day Health Centers are designed to provide social and health maintenance to adults who need supervised care in a safe place outside the home, during the day.
Effective July 1, 2010, Hawthorn Services merged with The Center for Human Development (CHD) in Springfield, MA. We are pleased to be part of a much larger, more comprehensive family that delivers a wide range of social services in the community. To learn more about CHD, please visit www.chd.org.
