Hawthorn’s Residential Program offers a viable alternative to traditional institutional care, featuring 24 hour assistance and support for individuals referred by the Department of Mental Health.

Hawthorn’s four Adult Day Health Centers are designed to provide social and health maintenance to adults who need supervised care in a safe place outside the home, during the day.
